Do I have to buy one of the Mother’s Day packs to be eligible for the candle?
No, simply spend $250 on our website or in cellar door and you will be eligible to receive a glasshouse candle valued at $49.95.
How long will it take to ship?
Shipping will be 3-7 days from the date of purchase, we have put a cut off of the 28thof April if you would like to be certain that you receive it for Mother’s Day. You can purchase after this date, but we are unable to guarantee it will arrive for Mother’s Day.
Will I receive the wine and candles in the same shipment?
No, you will receive the Candle and optional gift card separate to the wine. Please do not be concerned if they arrive separately.
Can I send with a gift card?
Yes, we are able to send out a personalised gift card with the wine and candles. If you would like a personalised gift card, please type your message in the delivery notes section of the checkout process and our team will organise a handwritten card.
Can I choose the scent of my candle?
Yes, you will be able to choose the candle scent from our three options. (A Tahaa Affair, lost in Amalfi and Montego Bay Rhythm) If the scent you request is out of stock, we will select another scent for you and send out automatically. To choose the scent please write your fragrance selection in the invoice notes/comments section when you check out.
Can I send multiple packs to multiple addresses?
Yes, you can send multiple packs to multiple addresses. If you are purchasing online, please put through each address as a separate transaction. If you are purchasing in the cellar door, please advise us what addresses you would like to send to. If you have any troubles, please make sure to contact us so we can organise for you.
